I have the honour to inform you that the total

amount of subscriptions to the Prince of Wales' Fund to 31st October is $141,138.44. This amount is made up as follows:-

The donation of $100,000 voted by the Hongkong

Government is not included in these figures.

With regard to the monthly subscriptions, it is not possible as yet to give accurate figures, but from the lists in my hands, and from figures given by Mr. R. D. Harvey, it would appear that about $6,500 will be received each month.
